This jewellery shop sells all sort of jewelleries. It's situated in the heart of the town . Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Took my watch in for a new battery came back few days later. After couple days stopped working took it back said would have to send away approx£150. Was ok before they messed with it. Wont use them again.
Visited last week , the staff member was really helpful and sorted our order. However today when my partner went to collect he dealt with a different member of staff and she gave the impression she didn't care. They had the money already so not going to be very helpful. Ring had been sized, put in a plastic bag then in a brown package which stipulated it was a new purchase and need to be boxed. When he asked for a box he was told no. Whilst there for picking up the ring he was going to buy a pendant necklace I'd pointed out the week before, however due to the service he didn't bother.
