Looking to get a smartwatch for my daughter, just a cheap one as she is only young. Found one in H Samuel only to wait for 10 minutes whilst they looked for the box...couldn't find it so could not sell it, could have ordered it but would not have arrived in time. As luck would have it, seems I dodged a bullet.
On Saturday 17th April, I went to collect my engagement ring up as the week before I took my engagement ring and wedding ring to be re-sized. When the lady measured my finger the measuring ring fit perfect. My engagement ring does not fit my finger after having it re-sized. I asked the lady in shop if she would measure the ring she said size M. But my husband said he thought the lady said size N the receipt says size M. The lady did not say anything when my husband mentioned this. I replied well my wedding ring will not fit when I need to collect it from the shop. It has cost me £112 to have two rings re-sized and they do not fit. I am baffled by it because the measuring ring fit. I am upset by it all as £112 is a lot of money. Not happy with the outcome the measuring ring fit perfect. I now cannot afford to pay to have there-sized again
Had just the ring I wanted but not my size, staff were lovely sourced it from another store kept me updated about delivery. Also gave me the 20% discount even though it finished on the day I originally went in store.
First visit was just for watch batteries, one had to be sent away. Both done at a reasonable price and in good time frame. 2nd visit was to get a ring resized. Ring was back within a week and it had been beautifully cleaned too, the diamonds were sparkling just as new. Good experience with the staff.
