What great attentive staff Finishing Touch have! This was my second appointment with Heather for Cryopen treatment of a wart on my forehead. She explained to me that there may need to be a series of treatments required to deal with the wart, and she was very patient when I gave her a potted history of my various problems with warts and verrucas. The treatment was professionally carried out and Heather explained the aftercare that was required to ensure maximum benefit from the procedure. Her colleague Tracy was also very friendly and accommodating on the reception desk, and I was pleased to learn that my father was so pleased with the treatment that he received that he has continued to attend the salon. I am massively appreciative to the staff for their very kind attention to my father's needs. I highly recommend Finishing Touch to anyone who wants to eventually be happy with the face that looks back at them in the bathroom mirror.
Staff very professional, know their jobs.yes maybe little bit more pricey than some places but standard of care excellent so worth extra cost.have to say being in my 60s felt more confident with staff that looked little older,not old old(not trying to insult you staff).and staff looked quite natural in their appearance not all latest trends obvious on them looked natural but could tell makeup was natural. Actual salon beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend
