3rd week in to the the 28 day challenge and loving it, the trainers are fantastic and really motivate you. I have for the first time in my life I've caught the exercise bug. There are people of all different levels and honestly the gym has a great vibe! Best decision I’ve made for a while
I've just finished the last session of my 6 week challenge at The Fitness Rooms and can honestly say it's one of the best things I've ever done. The meal plan has got me eating more food and helped me to reduce my stomach tablets (doctor approved), I've got more energy, motivation, and generally just feeling fitter. I've still got a long way to go, but for once it seems achievable. I was assigned Laura Parker as my accountability coach for the duration. She's really knowledgeable and has always been available for support, advice and to answer questions. Her sessions have had a huge variety, tough, but ultimately fun. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere and EVERYONE wants you to succeed in your goals. It's not just the trainers, it's the other members too. It really rubs off on you and motivates you to keep going. I can't recommend this place enough, they've really created something special here. If you're thinking about doing the challenge or joining, do it. You honestly won't regret it.
I’m currently doing the 42 day lock down challenge which is being run by the awesome team at The Fitness Rooms. The platform, workouts, advice and support has been outstanding. I find it really hard to workout on my own and this has provided the perfect combination to enable me to do so. The workouts are awesome and I love the support provided by the team and the wider community. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to focus on their health and fitness during isolation.
This place has changed my life... really it has! I signed up to an 8 week transition fitness challenge, doing bootcamps, understanding flexible dieting, having an accountability coach to teach me things that were essential to changing life long habits. I lost 17lbs and 10cm off my waist, I couldn’t be happier. But what I’m happiest about, is how I’ve now continued this journey effortlessly because everything about it is enjoyable. The fitness rooms has great facilities for every type of fitness you want to do, the people (staff and clients) are so lovely, David is always walking the floor and making sure everyone is happy, all of the personal trainers are supportive and helpful. Damien was my accountability coach for the 8 weeks and his attention to detail along with everything else was a huge part of why I’ve continued to do sessions with him alongside attending bootcamps to maintain my fitness levels and become stronger. Highly recommend the transition challenge and the gym overall...once you start going you’ll not stop!
