25 minutes for a raw pizza. Staff are rude when you ask for it to be cooked for longer. Telling you that because he cut it he can't put it back in. Obviously half cooked and very rude. Would avoid next time. Taking advantage of customers just because of the time they are open till late. 20 minutes in the my own oven later looks cooked at last. May aswell cooked from frozen.
Excellent service, we were visiting from Middlesbrough and after a concert wanted to order food so decided on flame n grill This guy is amazing he turned on ordering just for us as I'd messaged him earlier as it had got too busy But nothing was too much Great tasting food, amazing huge portions and still piping hot I highly recommend ordering from here when in Newcastle Lovely food and lovely owner Thankyou we hope to order again soon????
