Fantastic pet shop with really friendly and knowledgeable staff! I stopped by first to ask some questions about the care and needs of kakarikis as I was interested in buying a pair but wanted to ask a few questions first! Lorraine was really generous with her time in talking me through their care, habits, likes and dislikes and the kind of supplies I'd need. After mentioning that I'd love hand tame birds, the shop got in touch straight away when a suitable pair came in to the shop! They delivered the cage, supplies and birds to my home, so I knew I had everything I needed, and were happy to answer any questions as the birds were settling in. I'm so thrilled with my new additions and this shop made it really so easy! Would definitely recommend, they went above and beyond from start to finish.
Very friendly and helpful. Bought my new cockatiel from here and everything he will need to keep him happy. Loved the variety of animals all in spacious homes and well looked after.
Took my son who has autism to buy a budgie, the staff were very patient and very friendly. Our new budgie Disco is happy, healthy and beautiful. He's very friendly and is definitely not nervous around hands.
Took a little while to be originally seen but I had about 40 minutes of the ladies time so be patient. The lady I seen was knowledgeable, told me everything I need and they held the bird I bought for four days while I had some cage troubles. Not on my doorstep but I’ll try to carry on using them for supplies
