Been a long standing customer, owner is actually lovely and is really attentive and helpful whenever you need him. Staff always look happy and are also good to chat to, large selection of pet items especially for rabbits (which we own) and also not had prices for the quality you get (which is decent quality)
The staff are really friendly and helpful. They will take time to listen to your needs and help guide you to the most appropriate purchase for your pet.
Fantastic little shop, now my new favourite place to buy all my Live Foods, Heat Lights, Heat Mats you name it. I popped in yesterday as I was miles from my usual live food pet shop & needed crickets & locusts for my Lizard ???? & Scorpions ???? & I knew by the time I drove to it then it probably would be closed so I thought I'd see if they sold things like that... Turns out they sell pretty much everything I could need in one place instead of having to hunt all over different places. I ended up spending £50 on a bunch of things. Whether you are an experienced exotic animal keeper like myself or are just starting out they will have what you need I am sure. Staff were very helpful too & friendly & most importantly, they are all at good prices. I can't wait to go back now, I will end up leaving with tons of things & spending far to much lol. I am so in love with this place that I signed up to the members club so that I can earn points, I forget all the details about it now but it must have sounded good as I never sign up to these things, I just need to figure out how to Download the app to my phone so I can start getting those points earned, every pound you spend goes towards something, I wish I could remember now... anyway it was & is a great shop that sells everything your Scorpions ???? Snakes ???? & even your Cats ???? & Dogs ???? could need all under one woof ???? Seriously, get over there... you won't regret it.
